A chance meeting between two men at a local charity benefit in 1990 became the launching point for a brand new company and thousands of Auctions and Real Estate transactions to follow. The two men were Auctioneers

Today Todd and Dale are still the principle partners & owners of this cutting edge company which officially opened its doors in 1999.
With 8 full time Auctioneers, 30 professional Realtors and an expert office management team our company is able to assist clients on many levels.
Serving primarily the Tennessee market our Auction division specializes in Construction and Marketing of residential developments along with Estate work and Business and Equipment liquidations. Our Real Estate division offers qualified agents who can assist our clients with sales and purchases of Primary Residences, Land, Secondary homes, Resort and Commercial property.
We pride ourselves on successfully blending traditional Real Estate services with an accelerated marketing strategy known as Auction. Offering two great services in one expert company allows us to access clients individual needs and make a recommendation which best suits their situation.
Although our primary focus is on being the leader in Real Estate and Auction services, we have made a commitment to give back to the community that has supported us by raising in excess of 1 million dollars in local charity events annually.
